Furthermore included in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
